Articleship-Form 108 Details

Dear sirs,

                 One of my friend had taken "transfer" by submitting Form 109

                Now that he has completed his articleship training he is submitting Form 108

                Pl let me know as to

a) whether he should provide Week-wise details of Work done by him in terms of each field like Taxation,Audit  & Accounts under Previous Employer also while submitting Form108

or

b) should he provide details of particulars of work done by him under the current employer only (He had already submitted the details of Work done under Previous Employer while submitting Form 109)
