Articleship form 102 - extension

hello nehaal i am also terminating my articleship (3rd year) with mutual consent with my principal. He will give the extention for 2 to 3 month of my remaining articlship tenure.. Is it possible what is the time limit for re registration.. whether any prblm arise if any if it is with mutual consent.
