I have completed 3 years of articleship from 03/09/2012 till 02/09/2015. My articleship extension is till 15th october 2015. As of today i.e. 07th September 2015, I have done with 5 days of extension with my same employer and 38 days of extension are pending.
My query to you all is whether i can serve this balance 38 days of extension with another employer. I know that we can serve our extension with some other Principal. But as i have completed 5 days of extension with the same employer, can i change to some other employer?????
If the answer is Yes, then plzz guide me on which forms to be submitted. As per my idea, Form 107 & 108.
Plzz guys, its VERYYY URGENT because I need to complete all the formalities asap.
Plzz help me. I'm very disturbed.
