hai friends! please tell me whether articleship will be treated as proper and valid experience for getting employment in an accounts or finance department of a company if person who has completed 3.5 yrs of articleship but still not cleared PCC? will B.com and articleship be treated as a proper experience sufficient to get good employment?

If so how to convince the HR of the company that you possess valid experience since your experience is neither certified by your principal nor the institute?

will articleship be acknowledged or respected by companies?

My Advice is to Take serious abou the exam and Clear the PCC after that you will get the job.

Principal will give you the for 108 which states about your experience hence you can get the job.

Agreed wid ravikumar. atleast try 2 clear PCC to get a gud job.

hello vivek,

in actual, the value of articleship is recognised only after passing ca. without clearing ca, it is not be counted in ur profile although it improves ur skills, knowledge, build ur confidence.

so it is best 2 clear ur exams at priority.
