i m in my final year bcom now. i will be completing final semester in april and i will get my certificates by may end. can i join articleship soon after getting my certificate or should i complete ipcc group-1 exams first for joining articleship? if yes, what are the procedures for starting articleship? please clear this doubt of mine....

I think that the new rule was not introduced till ths time. Firstly u cleared CPT ie, safe..
i have already cleared cpt in dec2009 in first attempt itself and attempted ipcc exam once but could not clear it.
Everybody says the new system was not introduced by ICAI, or it will take more time. So try IPCC first group. Dont waste time.
