Articleship details on Exam Form

Just one very basic question. Do we need to fill out any articleship details on the Exam form ? I will be appearing in the May08 Final examination. Last time i set in 2002. Reason i am asking is as i live in London and i dont have immidiate access to Institute's facilities. And its very hard to get email response from the Institute.

Please let me know asap. Very urgent.
