Articleship completion form 108 correspondence adress

sir Ihad transfered ca articleship after one & half year on ground that tranfer of parents to another place 150 km away from residential area( banglore). I got transfer letter then I tried articleship in banglore , but did'nt get vaccancy in banglore. so, I joined in ca firm in manglore and then re- registered articleship. While sending completion letter shall I give address of my first residential address for correspondence address.
