Can we get our Form 108 from ICAI records? I need the articleship completion form filled by me, can anyone please tell me the procedure to do so?

What happens with ur triplicate copy... U can print ur articleship completion letter from icai reprint letter link... Search on Google icai reprint letter and proceed further.... For duplicate copy of form 108 u hv to visit icai... If ur completion letter came then no relevance of that form

Bro she is asking for her signed deposited form 108 with icai..

She is asking for her deposited form 108 copy... Maybe she lost that triplicate copy of form 108 signed by principal

No need of that form... If u received ur training completion letter... Or take print out from icai reprint letter... Go to icai Branch and ask for that duplicate copy may be he provide u... But what is need for u of that form... Ask for completion letter

I have that print of Icai reprint letter..I want that form for areawise work experience which we enter in that table..so I'll request Icai if they can provide me duplicate copy of the same..thanks a lot for suggesting..

One copy is with ur principal also na... He is not providing u if u asked for the same?? Ya then visit with ur letter to icai Branch and talk to concerned person... Hope it might works

Hmm that's the option u hv only... Visit personally... They will definitely provide u... Go in article section.... U should keep their scan copy also in ur mail or somewhere elso... Please do that practice in future... Keep all documents e copies in ur mail for future reference

Yes..actually I keep all my documents very safely in soft copy and hard copy..I don't know how this form is missing, but will definitely be more careful in future..thanks again for the advice..:)
