Articleship completion form 108

Sir i completed my articleship and i had no excess leaves. But while filling my form 108 i bymistakely wrote leave taken as 157. I thought it was maximum leaves allowed. Anyays maximum leaves allowed was also 156 and so they considered 1 day as ny extention period. I received a mail as terminated on 24.01.2015 which i saw on 02.02.2015 after which i attended bkc icai. They instructed me tto submit a revised form 108. But the date of submitting form 108 is already gone. However i can submit by paying rs 300 as penalty. But the extra details asked vy the site is difficult for me to obtail like stipend details, attendance register etc. Is there any way out by which i can solve the issue with less details?
