Sir,
I have completed my articleship training on 31st October 2015 but haven't signed Form 108 from the principal.
What can I do.?
However,I can get it signed from the back date.
But what will be the consequences?
As It is written in the form that it needs to be submitted within 30 days.
30 from where. Either 30 days from signing it from the principal or 30 days from completion of articleship.
Kindly assist me in detail

You can send Form 108 now.butter dont make it backdated because u will suffer finding reason for delay in sending application form.
If u have reason u may send back dated.
ICAI may ask you to provide stipend received proof bank statement,work dairy for articleship period,Form 102
U need to send form 108 with in 30 days from the date of completion of articleship

Can I show the extension of articleship in form 107.
Whether I can submit form 107 now showing extension of articleship.
