As per records, my articleship has been completed on 28th Dec 2018. But, due to excess leaves there is an extension period of 23 days which I want to serve under new principal. But, when I discussed the same, my current principal denied to sign the Form 108 and said that it is mandatory for me to serve the extension period under him only. Also, he said that it is his choice to allow me or not to serve under a different principal.

Please suggest what should I do now?
Also confirm whether Form 119 will help in this case?

you can serve your extension period under any new principal as per your choice. form 119 will help but will take lots of time,almost 3 months. As you have only 23 days of extension you can serve the same under your current principle if you don't have any serious issue in office,that will be beneficial for you. Because form 119 will take your 3 months. just manage for remaining 23 days.
