The Membership Number link is not working & Reprint Letter shows mismatch when i entered right details.

Thanks a lot ACA Anurag.But i talked to ICAI people n they said that even a printout will do the job for them as far as examination is concerned.I tookthe printout from the link that they sent to me.

I attached it n submitted my application .

My articleship got Completed and got a letter from icai abt the termination of my  articled service under my principal,  which mentions that i have excess leave of 7 DAYS.

im confused whether i need to sumbit form 107 OR 103???  and in exam form attachment of completion of service , can i attach my terimation of service letter
