Articleship completion
My articleship was completed on 10/02/2016 but I have not filled form 108 . I have cleared my 2nd grp of final in Nov 15 and in may 16 I will give 1st grp. So is it necessart for me to file form 108 before appereing in may 16?Please reply as early as possible...Thank you in advance.

You should file form 108 with the ICAI before 30 days of completion of your articleship. otherwise there is a late fees of Rs. 100/-
when you file exam form for Nov. 2015 you are declareing that on 1st nov. only 6 mnth articleshp remains due. and now again when for May 2016 yor fill exam form you should declare that my articleship was completed in feb. 2016.
then how should you delare in exam form...??

So if I don't file form 108 ,I can not appear in may 16?
No i don't think so ki esa hona chaiye..u can seat in exam
but please confirm this with ICAI delhi..They will give yo proper and correct guidance.
