I am from CRO region, initially registered with kanpur for my CPT and IPCC. After clearing ipcc i got myself enroll in kolkata icai bhawan for articleship and completed the same in 2014 but not yet received the articleship completion certificate. Pl help do I have to visit ICAI of kolkata to collect the same or the same can be collected in delhi also.
