Articleship-ca tortures me please help

hello experts I am a ca final student. I have completed my 2year 3months of articleship I put up at delhi . now I am in a very big problem please help me n lead me, what should I do.. I have a argument with a paid assistant in my firm, in argument he abused me n I warn him (Meine us ka color padak ke samha diya)... he complained to ca against me that ki usne mujhe kaam ke liye Kaha to Meine use mara. or abuse bhi kiya.. then ca punishment me without even being heard me at least once. he suspended me from articleship around a month with a due respect n he said that he will call me after a month .... and met with my parents and said after a month he will come and join the office and we will alow leave for exam to him... but today he call me to come office when I reached, he said now explain your side after hear me. he said I give two options 1st spend your rest period of article ship in Bangalore (I am in Delhi) or 2nd we will write a application to institute that u have done misbehave... he said teams and condition for bangalore he will not allow me even a single leave for exam. leave will be allowed only on exam day.. the work of bangalore relates to reconciliation of stocks having no fixed time.... after that condition how I will prepare for exam n other words he is blackmailing me or torturing me ki Meine us ki baat nahi mani to us bat ko reason bana ke misbehave ki application daal dega institute mein. now my question is he really plays with my life like this on this matter that actually have no base..... what will I do my exams will be on Nov 14 I am totally confused he. said if I write application to institute ur career will be destroyed no one hear you... my friend says if u lodged a complain against ca in institute.. u will be punished at last because institute always takes.members side...... now what will I do I have any remedy or I will go to article Section of icai or talk to them regarding this matter or if my career is destroyed like this then it better to commit suicide??? please help me.....

Stop behaving like a coward -_- suicide is no solution. Instead go n pull ur boss collar! Give him 1 tight slap and maybe then he'll understand.

Haha abhi to Meine us ke Ek paid assistant ka hi color pakda tha wo bhi us ne been ki Gali Di thi then he have done these things with me agar use kuch Kaha to he directly go to icai for misbehave application...he is wrongly use his power guide how I can transfer or if lodged complain someone here to listen me?????

If he is trying to toture you. You have the whole right to do the same thing. Seek help from a local political party. Send complain letter to icai about this. Just make sure his membership gets cancelled.

You have competed 2 years 3 months ,Exactly 9 months away ...immeadiately look for indutrial training.

Speak to your principal with your parents and go for industrial training,you will get changed environment and that will be better.Else this thought may keep taunting you if you are in the same firm.

Very important one ,Apologise to principal and the paid assistant for lifting your hands on him at the same time make your point clear for you getting angry if ur stand is clear.

My stand is clear I am apologise but ab wo full kaminapan pe utar gaya tha n I I have completed my 3 Rd month in march so I can't go for industrial training also... He speak with my parent they have some commitment but now he go against his commitment my parents is also very angry now.... N need solution whether I go to icai or not????

Dude if you are in 3rd month of articles you can take termination with slightly back dated effect,after which you will be liberated for industrial training.And Convince your parents.

I am not against you going to icai but Your course may uncesserily get extended and on top of it a lot unpredictability is involved.

My Practical advice is to above further its your cal.

And don get tensed or frustated ,there are lot more bigger issues which we see in daily life...Every problem has solution ,just that you need to handle it with patience and enough thinking.

Ohh... God bless u n will give strength to u to face dis situation I also face such type of problem n when i took transfer my boss said dat he will sign on transfer form but only on 1 condition that he will write on transfer form that i have taken 170 leaves in 1 year which i have never taken. Coz of dat my articleship extended by many months.

take second option and continue ur training in banglore coz delay is better than to loose ur carrier.and log itne bure bi nai hote. just try this coz if u r right then something will definatly change.
