Articleship before completing ipcc

for this you would have to convert to direct entry scheme.  However, I would suggest that you should focus on clearing IPCC instead of going for direct entry scheme as it would defocus you.

sir actually i have already attempted for ipcc n i have no chance whatsoever of clearing it in this attempt.so i dont wanna waste my 6 months.i want to start articleship asap!Please guide me with your valuable suggestions that how can I convert to direct entry scheme and what are the cons n pros of this scheme?

i will address the cons first...

1.  finding articleship could become an issue given that your failing to pass IPCC could act as a
negative.

2.  articleship could hamper your exam preparation

Pros:

1.  once you start articleship, your CA finals attempt gets fixed.

Actually there are certain rumours about the conversion scheme going round all over the internet!

So please give your valuable suggestion:

1)if i opt for this conversion scheme,should i have to undergo 9 months of articleship before giving my next ipcc exam?since i have already qualified cpt,so i dont think i should be required to wait for 9 months,in my case!

2)after conversion if i start the articleship(say from august),when will be my first CA-final attempt due?

3)is there any stipulation of clearing both groups of ipcc before a certain period of time in order to give the CA-final attempt?

Like-if after conversion i start articleship from august 2014.in this case i ll be eligible for finals after 2.5 years from this point of time.That will be june 2017 attempt in this case!So my question is what is the latest date i am required to clear both groups of ipcc before the 2017 CA-Final Attempt??
