I'm in First year articleship, while joining they said we don't entertain termination but i no more wanted to work there but they're saying With Principal consent u need to go, otherwise we'll hold your articleship?? what does they mean?? Hold means
If you're in first year of articleship then you're eligible to take transfer without any hesitation. But as per transfer of articleship requires ca sign in form 109 so you have to obtain your principal sign on form 109 if your principal do not give sign then you can submit form 120 which is intimation of transfer to institute without your principal sign but only your sign is required on form 120. It takes within 3 months by institute to give transfer to you
