in form 102, my articleshp comencemnt date ws 18-8-08 bt i startrd my training on 4-9-08 as i fild d frm on back date.nw wil my artclshp period counted frm 18-8 as per form or 4-09 as per atendance reg wid ca?

Hi kunal...

U can't take transfer no so easily as it was earlier...

According to ICAI, if u r registered under any particular CA at the beginning, u r suppose to get training under that CA till u finish off with ur articleship period.. Now, transfer is not allowed on mutual consent of BOSS and the TRAINEE (as it was earlier)

Now, if we talk about transfer, ICAI disallows it.. But in some cases, it allows it..

For e.g.,

1. If ur PRINCIPAL is not paying the stipend or paying it irregularly..

2. U r migrating to other city...

And yes,, some 50 kms range is also specified by ICAI...

According to this, an article trainee can get transfer only when his new office is NOT in within the range of 50 kms of his old office...

Its Doesnt matter what details you enter in form 102 as it is not send to the institute so for any clarification you should see the details that have been entered in form 103 and consider those particulars as final.
