ARTICLESHIP
I was registered as an article as on 21/03/2013 and my articleship completion date was 20/03/2016. Due to some family problems I have served only for approximately 16 months out of 36 months and balance period is remained unnerved til now. plz suggest me how can I proceed further.

First find a CA for serving the remaining balance period. In your case, you have to file fresh form 102/103 as you did before then serve the balance period at the end of which you have to file form 108 for articleship completion. You will get your completion certificate only after finishing the balance period. Good luck.
