no you cant join it before icitss it and oc and passing any of group of inter after 8 month of study course of inter

in that case you have atleast 55 or 60 % mark as the case may be

enroll for iner

before commencement of articleship undergo icitss it and oc

then register for artcleship

after completion of 9 month of articleship appear for inter exam

pass inter

enroll for final

then advance icitss it and smc before final exam

appear during  month of articleship for fianl exam

complete the articleship 

and pass final

and enrol as member of icai

no in direct entry case you can start articlship even after icitss it and oc and 8 month duration of inter course

but in case of foundation rout you can start articlship only after passing of either one group of inter
