I have sent my articleship registration form to Newdelhi Iam doing my articleship in Bangalore what are the consequences?

you fall in south region it's better to contact ICAI for further process whether they will sent back your form or you have to send fresh from to your region probably SICASA.
Please raise a query on e-sahayata in ICAI portal regarding the same issue, they will surely reply to your answer, whatever problem regarding ICAI better to take suggestions of ICAI only.
