Kolkata me CA firm ki branch hai aur sirsa me uska head office hai .... Sirsa Wala CA apni capacity me article nhi rakh sakta par ho Kolkata Wala CA articles rakh sakta hai... Firm name same hai...toh sirsa Wala CA apne niche article rakh sakta hai kya apne naam pe??????
