I have served as a article prior to commencement of articleship, shall I get credit of days served prior to articleship as per ICAI norm?

No u can't get credit of that... Untill u register as an article with icai... If ur eligibility to register as an article earlier then u can... But now a days u can't get sign form 102 in back date... Only if ur principal sign and u hv stamp paper of old date
legally you cant get the credit but the possible way is to better to talk to your principal if he agree to setoff the days you have worked before
