Sir I need a clarification whether there is any difference between Termination and transfer, in 3rd year from one city to another.....????
Employer is giving termination...what does it actually mean?????
Will there be a difference between taking transfer and termination????

termination is completion of article ship
however , the transfer means transfer from the firm and you have to complete the remaining articleship
