I want to take leaves and if I am ready to serve extension for that leaves can my employer deny to give leaves and can he say to me on that ground that he will not sign my ca final exam form and articleship completion form 108

Yes i fear. When it comes to leaves beyong a reasonable one always your principal will have to final right according to me. So would not be wise to take leaves without his agreement.
An articled assistant is entitled to a maximum leave of 3 months as far as my knowledge is concerned. But this is a common problem everywhere Karan. The thing from your Principal's perspective is that what is the guarantee that you will continue when your extension period is due?
