Articleship

Hello Sir/Madam, I am CA Final student. Due to financial problem i am not able to complete my 2 months of articleship so i had taken termination from my articleship and join goverment job and my principal write in Form 109 reason for termination is due to goverment job. Now after 1 year from termination i want to complete my pending 2 months of articleship by taking 2 months of leaves from my office. Can i complete my articleship and should i once again re-register and fill all the form?
