Hi I am Kavita Patil.. I had sent 103 forms for re-registration under Pune CA in july but I was nt sure that I will get registered.. as I had sent it after 5 months without any proof. I called Mumbai Office asking for my registration status but they told we cant register it you need to send fresh form,, so i came back leaving that office in Aug... again in Dec I went to Bangalore and joined new firm.. But I got to Know that I am already registered under Pune CA. Now he is not allowing me to work under him. he is saying There is no vacancy in our Firm.. Even I dont wanna work under him. Please suggest me what should I do

Pls help...My articleship is getting completed on 15th of march with excess leave of about 60 days. I had already appeared in CA Final exam in Nov'14 and got failed. I want to know whether i can complete my remaining 60 days of training after appearing in May'15 CA Final exams? If yes then who will sign my exam form? I have got exemption in two papers whether that will be effected if my articleship doesn't end before 30th April'15. Also whether i will be eligible for May'15 exams or not?
