I joined articleship in August 16,2007. and i am writing PCC in november 2009. Will i get my final attempt in November 2010 assuming i have passed my PCC?

You will get your CA Final attempt in May 2011 ( Not November 2010 ) Whether or not you pass your PCC in first attempt.. You should clear PCC latest by November 2010 attempt....
