Hello Friends,
This is on behalf of my friend. She doing three courses apart from CA. When she registered her articleship 4 months back, she disclosed to the ICAI about all the courses she was doing that time. She got the response from the Institue that her articleship won't be effective untill she gives the a discontinuing certificate from ICWAI. and she decided to discontinue ICWA However ICWAI says that they cannot issue such certificate and ICAI demands such certificate from ICWAI. We are totally confused and frustrated. Friends, please help us what is the next course of actioin to be taken to give effect to her registration. Is there any friend who has out the same bitter experience from the Institute ?
