I would add Deloitte as in the list. You can find a detailed list of Big 4 , Big 10 and 20 firms on Google. As the other member said interview and your personal performance and approach is the key to get into a Big Four. I personally feel you also need to have above average communication skills to have a chance at it. But its also true that there is life beyond the Big Fours. You can get a vast amount of exoerience and competancy even if you are not at a Big Four.
