in Big firm,u will get only expertise in one area but in medium firm u will get expertise in all areas........

agreee but in big firm atleast u will be expert in one field and you will have a big firm's name wid your name.... not in case of meduim firm.... u will get basic knowledge and no name of firm..... Now days basic knowledge se kuch nahi hota....ya unless you want to practise.... for job must go for big firm...
