to me to sign the transfer form no.109 before joining and said if i ll not be gud at work he ll give me transfer
wat shall i do now join it or not

If you are willing to slog, go ahead and sign the form. Else avoid the CA. I am sure he is not the only CA in your area.
i just finished ca inter may 2008. i need articleship ..to explore for practicle training . help me in this regard.. stifund is not a concern. i just need satisfaction of having done my articles in a firm which picks my skills bust up.
