Hi friends,
How are you?
Hope fine.

I took pe-2 in nov-2006 and now as all you know that results are going to uncover on just seventeen I have a few questions in my mind on which I seek your opinion.
1. What is the first step to be taken after clearing pe-2, I mean which registration forms and other documents we have to fill/send?
2. I am thinking of taking article ship in mumbai so what is generally included in their interviews, which documents(previous marksheets etc.) and which subjects they emphasize during the interview process?
3. What is the process of interview?
4. Can I join them after clearing b.com final this march (I mean can I postpone them after clearing the interviews).
5. I have also filled the form of RVG(hostel), so do you have any info about it?

These are not just my problems but of the whole student community who took pe-2.
Hope you kindly help us.

I want to some information about the articalship. I mean i want to information how can i join articalship?
What's the procedure of joining articalship?
which time of period i will given a exam of PE-1 and PE-2 ?
How can i paying a fees ICAI ?

Please give me more information about joining a articalship.

dearSirs,
i want to know ,
1.wht? is the minimum period of articleship to be done in a firm to get a transfer from that firm so that the principal can raise no objection
2. is it on our own will to get transfer from the firm or always ther should be mutual understanding with the principal ?
3.can the principal is in aposition to object if we take a transfer after aperiod of 7 months?
4.put some light on secondment.

i dont think there is any stipulation as to minimum time of articleshipin a single firm befor transfer.
but as far as pricipal is concerned he can raise objection irrespective of the time you have worked.
it is on his sole discretionary power tht whether you can take a transfer or not...

BUT I HAVE HEARED THAT 6 MONTHS IS THE PERIOD OF MINIMUM ARTICLESHIP IN A FIRM AFTER THAT U CAN EITHER CONTINUE OR TAKE A TRANSFER . PLZ CLARIFY THE POINT

There is no minimum time stipulated for an article for which he is bound to work in a single firm.

I have a question that I just attended this May2008 PE2 exams and can I take the Articalship traning ? if yes, when & how. And if there is any changes if I wait tell the results. As already completed the Group I. Please tell me.
