as far as articleship is concerned....every person is going to C.A. , is to pass through it after passing the ipcc exams...

Dear Sanchit

A student has to undergo articled training for the period of three years along with theoretical education. The entire period of practical training can be served with a practising member or it can be served partly with a practising member and partly in an approved industrial establishment as an Industrial Trainee. The period of such industrial training may range between 9–12 months during the last year of the prescribed period of practical training. Only students of Final Chartered Accountancy Course are eligible for Industrial training. A person registered as an articled assistant is entitled to receive a minimum monthly stipend as per the rates specified under the Chartered Accountants Regulations, from time to time. The current minimum rates of monthly stipend payable, depending on the situation of the normal place of services of the articled assistants.

So, the daughter of CA will not be exempted from articleship.

well it is so in my office. 

my sir has given dummy  to her daughter and he gives lectures on the importance of articleship

Nooo............... there is no such type of exemption and never expect that....

i m also a cs student  and  my sir is not allowing me to go on leave when my exams are just 20 days away. give some suggestions????????????

wat kind of people r these...who can not giv their assistants just 1 month leave before xams....they should understnd that we r not their servants...we r just assistants & Learners....they r really disgusting people..totally unprofessional...institutes should take necessary action against these people....sorry 4 using such words

I ve a suggestion for ICAI,Also an Amendment in articleship regulation..so tat students can take articleship more seriously..."No matter Wat,Pls Ban articleship of a student with a realtive CA."
