Dear Friends..

As per the transfer rules, transfer is allowed only for the reasons mentioned in the rules and mutual consent is none of the reasons... So it is not allowed to get transfer on mutual consent in any case. If it would had been allowed, then what was the hardship?? So it is NOT allowed on MUTUAL CONSENT too.. So you can only go for one of the reasons provided by Institute for transfer. In any other case, your application for termination will get rejected. You can try..

Transfer is not allowed in any case except for the reasons allowed by the Institute. This apply also in the case when you have not taken transfer even once earlier. Moreso, the information w.r.t. one time transfer is not correct. There is no such permission from the Institute..

one time transfer is a mystery.even the institute regional offices are not providing any information regarding that.that is another trap of uttam.thank god he will be thrown out in 2 months.he should be awarded with all the curse of students.recently one of my friens went to the regional office to enquire about this.the staff overthere are not even attending him to hear anything further after he asked to talk to the concerned person in the articles section; like a beegar standing in front of them.life of many students are at peril due to this draconian rule.who can help us?

There is nothing like "mystery". One time transfer is NOT allowed without reasonable cause and if you have a cause, you can take transfer again n again. But the biggest problem is to convince the authorities sitting in the Institute for the cause. So nothing can be done as such. We will have to wait untill elections and hope our new President do something Good in this regard..

new president will be ascending the throne only on february.what if the existing crack makes something more difficult for before he leaves.voice of the students should be made known to the members constantly.but unfortunately students have got no unity.lets hope that the new president will take some measure in favour of us.dear gautham till that time we have to suffer the torture of this hitler.even industrial training is not being allowed tby the members by claiming that their consent is needed for that too.really dark ages for the students
