Recently I heard from my friend that the people who are going to register after April30,2018 has to do 3 years of articleship without 6 months leave.Is that true...

Yes, earlier also it was same
Not it's fake!! There is no official announcement by ICAI regarding such change.. So don't worry :)
Rashmi ma'am can you explain what "earlier also it was same" refer to??
Means earlier also you have to complete article ship of 3 & half years but it is inclusive of leaves.

There is no such Notification.
Rules are same as Earlier.
