Articles of Association

Hello,

I am looking for a draft clause in Articles of Association of a private limited company (WOS) that states that the company would be able to use some words in its name only as long as the parent company continues to retain a specific percentage of share capital.

Would be great if someone who has worked on a clause like this could share it.
