I would like to know the possibilities about Industrial Tranning or/and Articleship Abroad(Germany). I am told that ICAI has a list of Organisations that it has recognised out side India where Articles / Industrial Training can be done.I searched the institute web site but found none.
There is one another thing I require clarrification on, I just gave my CA Final exams this nov and have sent the form requiring confirmation of completion of articles on or before 31st of oct. What are the consequences if the articles are not completed within 31st of oct? i have been informed that I will have to compensate the time I was not in India, is there any other condition like thes which needs to be complied with?
Also how long is the exam results valid after competion of Articles? Is there any law of limitation applicable?
