Can I do my Articles in Abroad? preferbly either in Australia 0r UAE.
How much stipend paid to article student in those countries?

No, first of all you have to take the permission of the council of the institute.
This provision is given u/s 44 of the CA Act.
Thus firs of all concern the council of institute and then after do as per their direction.
Becaus, by default only members prectising in india can engage an article assistant, but in case of otherwise the permission of council is required
