wow congratulations...i too finished on march  31st..

I completed my articles in july 2010,but not get submitted 109. Can any one tell me if there is any prob if i submit it nw.  Coz where ever i read it is written that i have to do that immediately after completion of articles...help me guyzzzz

I guess you mean form 108 ^^^.. As it has been over 6 months, you gotta send a fine of Rs. 1000 (DD) and a condonation letter explaining the reason for the delay, with forwarding of your CA, if possible.
