I STARTED MY ARTICLE TRAINING JOB BUT DID NOT GET THE FORMS FILLED IN BY THE CA AS HE WAS A FAMILY FRIEND SO NOW IF I GET IT FILLED UP BY HIM AND DEPOSIT THE FEES THEN WOULD ""ICAI"" CONSIDER MY ARTICLE TRAINING STARTED FROM NOW ON OR FROM THE TIME I JOINED HIM i.e. LAST YEAR 2007????

i think u r answer is in the deed by which u want to make contarct to your CA for articleship
Read it twice.
As I know that contarct of the articleship can not be submited for prior date printed over the stamp on the form of articleship.
And articleship starts after the date of the contract.
Prior services to the contract are called either Job or other services only and it can not be trated as your work as an article student.
