Article ship transfer
Can I take transfer in second year of article ship and if yes what is the procedure for the same and can I get the transfer in the same state.

Yes you can get transfer within the same state. Because the condition for transfer is that, the new chapter should not be within the hundred km circumference of your current chapter.
