Big 4s dont have any specialized department for capital markets. However there may be audits of capital market firms wherein you can learn a bit about markets.
To start getting exposure you should start a bit of trading on your own (very small amount). This will help you to understand the basics of the oprations.
Togather with this you may do NCFM courses conducted by NSE to increase your understanding of stock markets.
