Can any body tell me how many leaves my friend can avail if he worked 10 months in his first firm and avail only 5 leaves then he work for 5 months in his second firm and avail 90 days leave now the he want to know balance leaves he have.

According to me ur frnd has already taken excess leave. As per the training guide only 1/6 of days you worked in training is allowed for leave.
