Article extented which form
I got leteer from Icai that I have terminated articleship dated 17.02.15 but excess leave 16 days has taken ..please give me advise abt which form is to be filled for reamining 16 days service ? whether 103 or 107 if i wana to serve under same principle and when to start service whether from my termination or from I have received letter..i.e whether from 18.02 or after letter received

U should have to file form no.102 and 103 both. And after completion of 16 days u hv to also file form no.108.
