Yes, you can as per Latest information mentioned in the student News letter of the Month of September 2009. Ealier whatever transfer you have taken will not be considered. However, now you can take only One transfer till your articleship end. So, be careful about your articleship transfer under CA under whom you can transfer.

GOOD NEWS:

However, our institute has not considered the INDUSTRIAL TRAINING as a TRANSFER but it is part of Articleship. So, you can also do Industrial Training even after you have taken the Transfer. (Refer News letter  between Month of the  April to June '09 )

i m pcc student & completed 2 yrs articleship on 10 aug 2009.

actully i m working as a article under the partner of my principle.

problem is my office time is 9.30 to 8.30 and normally i have to stay at office late night as a employee.

do i have any option to take transfer??

what is the provision of industrial training??

can i go under industrial training leaving articleship??

hi nikhil, are u sure that one time transfer is now permissible. i made call to the institute but they told me such benifit is only for pending case till 11 july. plz remove my confusion dear.
