Artcileship Transfer on medical Ground

Hi swati, sorry but TRANSFER ON THE MEDICAL GROUNDS have been revoked... Its no more applicable.... Though its written in the site, but they dont allow anyone to take termination or transfer on the basis of medical grounds....

Look, the perfect procedure will be known by ur branch itself.. Earlier, when UPA was there, a letter disclosing ur problem was to be sent to ICAI (address was to be provided by ur branch only).... Then, if its approved or not, the confirmation letter was sent at ur place.....

As such now also the same procedure must be followed, but i suggest  u to contact ur branch...

And yes, get the form 109 wid u for transfer application

One of my frnd had applied for transfer on medical grounds,He did furnish relevant documents to the institute .Allthough his case was genuine n his auditor encouraged him to take transfer .our institute dint approve his application,further he also lost three months,waiting for intimation from institute.So from his experience i feel tat u need to keep ur fingers crossed once u send the appilcation.

I think dhiraj sir is right . I mention here my problem is same. my 1st attempt is May-2010 (PCC). i also want termination from my present employer. i think i wrote a letter to my branch office for my problem & then i do what they   say .

      Transfer is not possible in any circumstances if 1year or less is remaining in ur articleship training. But as u tld that ur joining date is 16/09/2008 u have more than1 year for aricleship. You can take transfer from delhi showing that any of ur Parent,s job is trans. toUP by producing necessary documents. This is only the option that you can exercise.

termination on medical grounds is possibl......bt note u can get termination bt not transfer......!!!!!!!!!!!!

to join new firm 50 KM barrier is still there......

give relevant proofs & they will approve it.......i know bcoz i have a frnd who had done it......

bt problem is after 3 months of discontinuance u wont b able to give exam in nov 2010.....!!!!!!!!

hey mail to president such type of resiction is not suit t0 professional course. Request him to remove restiction on transfer.

I am sufering from slip disc problem

dr. is nt allowing me to drive bike & to lift any weight......

and my principal is not allowing me leave

my training is going to complete on 8th feb 2011

Now for 6 months neither transfer is allowed nor i can continue my articleship.......

Your health will take due time to be fine. In this picture only your principle can help you.

Try and have a chat with him and convince him for leave bcoz u r not in a position to join back the firm.
