I have not filed returns of my private limited company since 2006.
Today i got a bailable warrant with charged offence of 220(3) & 162(i)
Can it be because of this . ?
or is it for something else.?

You must have also received notices relating to the same.
Mr. kalam according to section 220(3) & section 162(I) of the companies act If a company fails to comply with any of the provisions contained in these sections , the company, and every officer of the company who is in default, shall be liable to the like punishment & punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees for every day during which the default continues.
U Should first of all check whether this company is active in mca portal.
