Sir my client are received arrears in rs 900000 in FY 2020-2021. his return automatic show amount in 89 relief. it's a true

Hi Anup,
It's not automatic. You need to fill form 10E online before filing ITR. 10E is just a calculation form of relief amount.
Yes rebate is applicable and form 10E should be filed
