I have received a letter stating communication for arrear demand and it also stated that this notification can be treated as intimation under section 245. It claims that any outstandind is liable to be adjusted against any amout of tax payable, i would like to know what does it refers to.
It simply means that If any refund is due to you for any other AYs, will be adjusted against the Arrear outstanding.
